Cancellation Policy

All deposits are non-refundable. To reschedule an appointment, you must contact us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Appointments that are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or are "no-shows" automatically forfeit their deposit, and a new deposit must be made to schedule a new appointment.
